Q1: What is the Internet Speed requirements?
A1: Our minimum recommended internet speed requirement for operation is 20 Mbps, however, as an internet streaming device the faster your speed the more enjoyable your experience.
Q2: Can SuperBox be moved from one location to another?
A2: Superbox works anywhere in the world if you have a high-speed internet connection. You can take it anywhere!
Q3: What is your Return Policy?
A3: All returns require an order identification number and a serial number of the product. The shipping charge is not refundable for any reason unless the product is defective. You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Damaged items during shipment or items damaged on arrival (DOA) must be reported in 48 hours from the time shipment was received in order for us to file insurance claims. The insurance claim requires us to have the original shipping box. You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns must be done online at our website and cannot be returned at our office location. To request a Return, please send your email address and order number.
